DRagon Studios is an Irish entertainment company that operates in the USA and UK that was set up by film-maker Richard Driscoll of House of Fear, winner of the best picture award at the UCCA Venice Film festival, The Toronto Film Festival, and The Piccadilly Film Festival.
DRagon Studios are proud of being a different breed of Production & Distribution Company in a time of escalating budgets within the film industry. We work mostly within the micro-budget arena. Making low budget feature films for the DVD/VOD markets. We do not inflate our budgets and costs like most independent producers and make our films for a realistic amount where everybody hopefully can make a profit, enjoy what they do and continue to make films. We do small theatrical releases on some of our films as well as submitting them to various festivals worldwide and we cover all genre’s.

MICRO BUDGET doesn’t mean that because the budget are small so are the films. In the past DRagon Studios as produced films with actors Peter O’Toole. Michael Madsen. Daryl Hannah. Rik Mayall. As a unique film company as well as being movie fans, DRagon Studios bring to you a selection of films we hope you will like and appreciate. Some films thought lost or misunderstood, that is why we have set up a streaming service Called DRagonFLIX incorporating  DRagon Online Cinema, which will show exclusive Premiere titles. DRagon Classics will show restored & remastered motion pictures. You will also be able to watch documentaries through DRagonDOCS, new & old tv series through DRagon TV, That will also produce exclusive programmes in all genres to be handled through AMAZON Prime, iPhone, Android, ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon FIRE, Chromecast & YouTube.

As a way to interact and inform people interested in films & TV shows coming out through DRagonFLIX, we  have also set up a YouTube entertainment Channel to promote each one of their productions and create a likeminded FANDOM. Where you will be able to listen to a weekly Podcast and even ask questions if you want to and give your own point of view concerning the various topics discussed.

As a way to inform and instruct the audience DRagonFLIX has produced an ongoing series about film making & film professionals called DRagonFLIX Masterclass. An informative look at the film industry, where professionals will conduct an intense course and give instruction on their specialised subject.
